Free Delivery On All Orders
All orders to mainland UK addresses will be delivered to your door free of charge (unless stated otherwise within the delivery tab page). However, there will be charges for certain areas, please see the post code list below.
Please note we do not deliver to the below post codes:
TR, PL, BT, KW, IV, PH, PA, AB, DD, KY, TQ, EX
We also do not deliver to any off shore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, etc
Please also note that deliveries to Scotland, LL40+ and SA30+, NR, IP, BN, TN, TA, ME, CA, LD, FY and CT, DT, TD post codes for beds can take 2-3 weeks

Tracking your order
If your order is a Divan Bed then we will be delivering this item to you ourself, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for an update, but we will email and text you once a date has been set.
For all other products such as leather beds we will email you the tracking details once your order has been sent.
Missed Delivery/ Re-arrange Delivery
If you were not present at your address when delivery attempt was made then the driver will leave a card through your door. On it will be the contact details for your local depot and the consignment number. Please call this number quoting your consignment number and re-arrange another delivery date to suit you. Please note you must contact the couriers within 4 days of receiving the card otherwise they will send the item back to us. For any issues please email us at email@example.com
Please thorughly check all items when you receive them. If anything is damaged please let us know within 48 hours via email and we will replace any damaged items. If we are not notified within 48 hours then we cannot accept any liability for damaged items. Even if you are not going to use the product straight away, you still have to check it for damages
These products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.
Please note in order to receive your delivery you have to be available on that particular date anytime from 8AM-6PM to receive it. Whilst dates can be changed to accomodate when you are going to be available, timing is not something that we have control of and cannot accomodate.
Please do not dispose of your old bed/mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it
Please note during peak times such as Christmas, New Years, Easter Bank Holiday etc the couriers receive a lot of volume, therefore there can be delays.
